3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Within the purposes above, personal data may be transferred to audit firms and accountants under applicable law; law offices; contracted third parties required for online sales; banks and financial institutions; and, upon request and limited to the purpose of the request, to authorised public bodies.

4. METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF COLLECTION
Personal data are collected via the website, various contracts and information forms, based on your explicit consent or other processing grounds under the Law.
Data are obtained so Dodo Bilişim can offer commercial activities lawfully, continue its business, and fulfil legal obligations fully and accurately.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11
Under Article 11, each data subject may apply to Dodo Bilişim at the address above by notary notice or in person with ID to: a) learn whether personal data are processed;
b) request information if data have been processed;
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
d) know third parties to whom data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad;
e) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
f) request deletion or destruction under Article 7;
g) request that (e)–(f) actions be notified to third parties to whom data were transferred;
h) object to outcomes against them arising solely from automated analysis;
i) claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Application channels and methods are detailed in the data-controller application form on our website. Applications are answered within 30 days of receipt according to their nature. If evaluation requires an extra cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board applies.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Dodo Bilişim is the “data controller” under Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This text seeks explicit consent where processing conditions in the Law are not otherwise met.
Where consent is not required, processing continues under the Notice; where consent is required, processing follows the principles in the Notice.
Accordingly, personal data may be processed by Dodo Bilişim for sending sales, marketing and promotional messages/emails about products, services and campaigns; identifying opinions and complaints; profiling and reporting based on preferences, visits, orders and complaints for better service; marketing; membership setup; and sending membership/promotional printed materials — and may be shared with parties stated in the Notice for those purposes.
